General American Life Insurance v. Butts

Mrs. Sallie Butts brought suit against General American Life Insurance Company on a policy of insurance. Subsequently she died and L. L. Butts was appointed administrator of her estate and was substituted as a party plaintiff in the suit. The ■petition as amended alleged that on June 29, 1907, the Empire State Life Insurance Company issued to John H. B.
