Plaintiff Gary Woods (“Woods” or “the Plaintiff’) commenced this action on behalf of himself and a putative class against Maytag Company (now known as Maytag Corporation (“Maytag Corp.”)), and Maytag Sales Appliance Company (now known as Maytag Sales, Inc.
