Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Broome County (Pines, J.), entered June 15, 2006, which, inter alia, dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for visitation with the parties’ children.
Petitioner and respondent, who were never married, are the parents of a son (born in 2002) and a daughter (born in 2004).
