Appeals from two orders of the Family Court of St. Lawrence County (Nelson, J.), entered March 21, 2000, which granted petitioner’s applications, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, to, inter alia, extend placement of respondent’s children.

Respondent is the biological father of Curtis (born in 1986), Emily (born in 1992) and Felicia (born in 1993), who, in September 1998, were adjudicated to be neglected children by Family Court, and Dawn (born in 1987) who, at the same time, was adjudicated to be an abused child.
