ORDER
ROSENBAUM, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on plaintiff’s objections to the August 11, 1993, report and recommendation issued by the Honorable Franklin L. Noel, United States Mag*663istrate Judge. Plaintiff sought review of a decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, denying coverage under the Medicare program for medical services rendered to the plaintiff on July 12, 1988. The magistrate recommended that the decision of the Secretary be affirmed; that plaintiffs motion for summary judgment be denied; and that defendant’s motion for summary judgment be granted.
