Darrell Jones (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction for murder in the first degree, § 565.020, RSMo 2000. Appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
The sufficiency of the evidence is not an issue on appeal. Viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict, the evidence adduced at trial reveals that on February 14, 2001, Appellant and Janice Brunson (“Victim”) were living together and working at the same factory in Neosho.
