OPINION

CECELIA H. GOETZ, Bankruptcy Judge:

Ralph C. Sutro Co. (“Sutro”) has applied for relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362 to remove a cloud on title to certain property located at 212-17 112th Road, Queens Village, New York. This property, which is claimed by the debt- or, Robert J. Ellis, as his property in his petition, filed on April 4, 1984, was sold at public auction pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale on April 6, 1984.
