MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The matter before the court is the “Motion to Set Aside Sale and For Damages and Sanctions for Violation of the Automatic Stay,” filed on November 19, 1987, by the chapter 13 debtor, Emma Sue Adams. The debtor seeks to set aside a postpetition conveyance of real property made pursuant to a prepetition foreclosure sale.
