BEATTY, J.:
Dana Rae Rikard appeals her plea of guilty to felony driving under the influence causing death and felony driving under the influence causing great bodily injury. She asserts the circuit court judge erred in refusing to allow her to withdraw her guilty plea. We affirm. 1
FACTS
