Lawrence Marcus Tucker appeals the entry of his guilty plea in which he waived his rights to appellate review and post-conviction relief. He argues his appearance in a South Carolina court violated the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act and his conviction should be vacated. We disagree. Tucker also argues the trial court erred in accepting his guilty plea in which he waived the right to file an action for post-conviction relief. We find this issue is not ripe for our review.
