The proceedings in this case were brought on the 6th day of July, 1920, to annul and set aside- a conveyance from Henry Freedman to Morris Schwartz, his brother-in-law, transferring “seven pieces of property” on Richland Street, in the City of Baltimore, on the ground that the conveyance was without consideration and was made with the intent to hinder and defraud the appellee iu the collection of his claim, upon which a judgment for $200 was obtained on the 20th of June, 1920, in a suit brought against him on the 28th day of October, 1919, to recover damages resulting from an assault made…
