OPINION AND ORDER

Co-defendant American International Insurance Company (hereinafter “AIICO”) has requested that we set aside the Judgment we entered pursuant to the parties’ sealed settlement agreement (see Dockets 128, 119, 115). Co-defendant Hospital Hermanos Meléndez (hereinafter “the Hospital”) has joined in said request (Docket # 129). Plaintiffs have filed an opposition (Docket # 131).
