Before the court is SF III PR, LLC’s (“SF”) Urgent Motion for Immediate Surrender of Farmacias Puerto Rico’s Premises [Dkt. No. 25], Debtor in Possession, Farmacias Puerto Rico’s (“Debtor”) Reply to Urgent Motion to Surrender Premises [Dkt. No. 46] and additional replies and sur-replies related to the matter.
