Defendant, Andrew J. Olson, appeals the judgment of conviction entered after he was found guilty of driving while his ability was impaired by consumption of alcohol (DWAI), speeding, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Defendant’s sole contention on appeal is that his conviction is barred by principles of double jeopardy because his driver’s license was revoked in a civil proceeding under § 42-2-122.1, C.R.S.
