—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Howard Bell, J.), rendered August 9, 1993, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of attempted murder in the second degree, criminal use of a firearm in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 81/3 to 25 years and 121/s to 25 years on the attempted murder and criminal use of a firearm convictions, respectively, to run consecutively to concurrent terms of 5 to 15 years and 21/3 to 7 years on the weapon possession convictions, unanimously affirmed.
