This is an appeal from two judgments entered by the district court of Bernalillo County upon jux'y verdicts rendered against Southern Unioxr Gas Company, defendant-appellant, in favor of plaintiff Dan Beal in the amount of $181,520.94, and in favor of the plaintiff Donald Rix in the amount of $273,345.38'. The two personal injux'y actions were consolidated for trial and on appeal.
