This suit was instituted in the court below on January 28, 1916, by Julia C. Humphrey, joined pro forma by her husband, Harry Humphrey, appellees, against the Royal Insurance Company of Liverpool, appellant, on a certain fire insurance policy for $1,500 upon her separate personal property, which consisted of furniture, furnishings, wearing apparel, kitchen utensils, etc., located in her home in Galveston.
