Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision (Board) granting him a seven-month reduction in his prison term. We affirm.

In Multnomah Circuit Court case number 83-09-34470, petitioner was convicted of rape in the first degree and sexual abuse in the first degree in connection with the rape of a 13-year-old girl on July 31, 1983.
