¶ 1. Attorney Donald J. Harman appealed from the referee's findings of fact, and conclusions of law that he engaged in professional misconduct and recommendation that his license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for six months as discipline for that misconduct. The referee's findings and conclusions addressed eight separate counts of professional misconduct set forth in the Board of Attorneys Professional Responsibility (Board) complaint in this proceeding.
