The Lawyer Regulation System (LRS) appeals from the referee's findings of fact and conclusions of law entered following a hearing held on the LRS complaint filed with this court on August 21, 2001, against Attorney James R. Duchemin. That complaint alleged that Attorney Duchemin had violated SCR 20:1.6 by revealing to an acquaintance, Jill Johnson, the fact that Johnson's daughter, Jennifer Mayer, had contacted him about possibly retaining him to represent her (Jennifer Mayer) in a divorce action.
