The petitioners, the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Dupont Corp., Quantum Chemical Corp., Cincinnati Gas and Electric Co., and Procter & Gamble Co. (petitioners) seek review of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) action finding the Ohio State Implementation Plan (SIP) “substantially inadequate to achieve the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for sulfur dioxide in Hamilton County,” and calling for the State to “cure the inadequacies in the SIP by revising it.” On…
