This is an action to determine who should receive the funds in the hands of a trustee at the termination of the trust. The trust was created to cany out a debt adjustment plan in a proceeding under the National Bankruptcy Act.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

The events culminating in this litigation began in May, 1929, when Augustus M. Fulk and other members of his family borrowed $362,500 from a bank and mortgaged certain Little Bock real property to secure the loan.
