This is a review proceeding in the nature of certiorari under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act of a determination of the Board of Begents revoking petitioner’s license to practice medicine.

The case was in this court on a former appeal when the determination of the Board was annulled by a vote o.f 3 to 2 (267 App. Div. 27). The prevailing opinion was written by Justice Bliss and concurred in by Presiding Justice Hill and *741Justice Crapser. I wrote a short dissent in which Justice Schenck concurred.
