This is an appeal from a judgment on a jury’s verdict in a suit charging false imprisonment. Issues were joined on the appellee’s amended complaint for damages against the appellants, who were police officers of the city of Gary, Indiana, and the answer of defendants thereto in denial and setting up the two year statute of limitations.
