Tbis is an action brought by tbe plaintiff against tbe defendant„ publisher of tbe “Helena Daily Independent,” to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by bim on account of tbe publication in said newspaper of two alleged libels.
In tbe first of the two causes of action set out in the amended complaint tbe plaintiff alleges that at all times therein mentioned be was, and still is, commonly known and called by tbe name of “Tom Sontag,”…
