In this action, an interlocutory decree was entered granting a divorce to the defendant. The trial court, valuing the tangible and visible assets of the community at nineteen thousand three hundred dollars, awarded property to the plaintiff of the value of seven thousand dollars, leaving the appellant in possession of property valued at twelve thousand three hundred dollars. The only question presented by the appeal is definitely circumscribed by the following statement in the appellant’s brief:
