The plaintiff, Debora L. Yarborough, filed a complaint in the District Court for the Ninth Judicial District in Glacier County in which she alleged that the defendant, Glacier County, had breached the written contract by which it had agreed to employ her. Glacier County moved to dismiss the complaint based on its contention that Yarborough’s summons was not served in compliance with Rule 41(e), M.R.Civ.P.
