ALLEN, Circuit Judge.

Bill in equity for infringement of Wood patent 1,788,935 for vehicle headlight. The patented device consists of a plain paraboloid reflector, a two-filament lamp, and a prismatic lens.

The dual-filament lamp in combination with a parabolic reflector was old in the art. The rays from the upper filament, located above the focal point, were depressed when reflected from that portion of the reflector in the rear of the focal plane, and produced the passing beam.
