This is a controversy about the machinery part of certain flouring mills situate in the city of Oswego, Labette County. Tbe cause was submitted to the trial court upon an agreed statement of facts, upon which the court found conclusions of law and entered a decree perpetually enjoining plaintiff in error from selling or interfering with the property.
