MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LAKE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Angela Bisong, brought this action against the University of Houston and several of its employees for violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d, and for breach of contract and tortious interference with contract under state law. 1 In a Memorandum Opinion and Order signed on August 18, 2006 (Docket Entry No. 14), the court dismissed all claims except for Title VI race and national origin discrimination and retaliation claims against the University of Houston, and the tortious interference with contract…
