This is an interpleader action which now requires resolution of competing claims to a fund deposited in the registry of this court. 1 Four defendants have filed motions for summary judgment in support of their claims (see Docs. 8, 22, 31, 50, 72, 81). Upon consideration of the parties’ submissions, and the argument of counsel, I conclude that $464,-023.83 should be awarded to Swidler and Berlin, Chartered, and Jawdet I.
