This case, filed by plaintiff on September 24,1986, comes before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss. Plaintiff in this action alleges that she has been repeatedly fired from various jobs with the federal government in Washington, D.C., and, more recently, has been denied any employment opportunities at all. Plaintiff seeks reinstatement with back pay to one of the two permanent positions she held with the federal government in the 1970’s or, alternatively, damages in the amount of $200,000.
