Plaintiff filed a six-count complaint on March 1, 1989, alleging that on December 31, 1987, defendant Edward Wojnaroski, the elected Controller for defendant City of Johnstown, terminated her from her position as Deputy Controller in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the federal constitution, the Pennsylvania constitution, Pennsylvania common law, and Pennsylvania’s Local Agency Law, 2 Pa.C.S. § 105 et seq.
