Before the court is Defendants’ Supplemental Motion for Summary Judgment Regarding Statute of Limitations And Commencement Date of Lawsuit (doc. # 326). Despite more than seven years of vigorous litigation, Defendants Wyeth, Inc. and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (collectively ‘Wyeth”) seek to end this case in the middle of trial by claiming that the case never formally began.
