Plaintiff Manuel Delos Santos, d/b/a M.S. Quisqueya Meat Market (“Santos”) appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, John M. Walker, Jr., then-Distriet Judge, dismissing his complaint against defendant State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (“State Farm”) for breach of an insurance contract.
