This appeal presents the issue whether a defendant in a diversity action waived, or more precisely, forfeited its defense of lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiff-Appellant Linda Hamilton appeals from the March 16, 1999, judgment of the District Court for the Southern District of New York (Robert W. Sweet, District Judge), dismissing her complaint against the Defendant-Appellee, Atlas Turner, Inc.
