I. INTRODUCTION
On October 22, 2015, Pfizer Inc., Wyeth LLC, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals LLC, PF PRISM C.Y., and Pfizer Manufacturing Holdings. LLC, (collectively “plaintiffs”) filed a complaint alleging infringement of three patents related to its injectable antibiotic product TYGACIL® (“Tygacil”) against defendants Mylan Inc., Mylan N.V., Mylan Laboratories Ltd. (“MLL”), and Mylan Pharmaceuticals (“MPI”) (collectively “defendants”). (D.I. 1) Presently before the court is defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue.…
