OPINION

ALARCON, Circuit Judge:

Melvin Frank Schaff appeals from the judgment of conviction following a jury trial. Schaff was found guilty of conspiring to possess cocaine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, and distribution of cocaine in vio lation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Schaff seeks reversal on the following grounds:
