MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER
BATES, District Judge.
Pro se plaintiff Benjamin Nichols, personal representative of the Estate of James Paul Hamilton, brings this action against Greater Southeast Community Hospital (“Greater Southeast”), Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, Inc. (“Kaiser”), and Logistieare Solutions, LLC (“Logistieare”) [collectively “defendants”] for wrongful death and survival relating to the alleged negligent treatment of Mr. Hamilton.
