MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment. (Doc. 70.) The plaintiff, Katharine Rouse, has pending claims against the defendant, Duke University, for creation and maintenance of a hostile educational environment, negligence, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract.
