David Wayne Fry (“Appellant”) appeals his convictions for robbery in the first degree, a violation of section 569.020; kidnapping, a violation of section 565.110; two counts of assault in the second degree, violations of section 565.060; and burglary in the first degree, a violation of section 569.160. 1 Following a jury trial, the trial court sentenced Appellant as a prior and persistent offender to terms of imprisonment of eighteen years each for robbery in the first degree, kidnapping, and burglary in the first degree.
