On the 16th day of December, 1856, George A. Bobb, of Cook county, died testate, leaving a widow, Martha Bobb, and two daughters, Mary P. and Nellie B. Bobb, who were both, at the time, minors. The will of the testator was admitted to probate in January after his death. In the first clause of the will he directs the payment of his debts and funeral expenses. In the second clause he gives to his wife his household' furniture.
