The county of LaSalle brought two actions of debt upon the official bonds of John L. Witzeman, its circuit clerk, -one upon the bond given for the official term beginning on the first Monday of December, A. D. 1904, and the other upon the official bond given for the term beginning the first Monday of December, A. D. 1908. The sureties on each bond were the same, so that all the parties to each case were the same. In each case a proper declaration was filed, alleging three breaches of the bond.
