Nicholas Margie was convicted on two counts charging him with arson and burning with intent to defraud an insurer, 1 and was sentenced to three to ten years imprisonment. He appealed contending that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction; that the court below erred in dismissing (1) his demurrer to the evi-. dence and (2) his motions in arrest of judgment and for a new trial.
