The defendant, Antonio Graca, appeals his conviction for attempted theft by unauthorized taking. See RSA 629:1 (1996); RSA 637:3 (1996). He argues that the Superior Court (McHugh, J.) erred in denying his motions to suppress statements made and evidence found at the scene of the incident. We affirm.
