Cross-complainant Guadalupe Lopez (Lopez) appeals summary judgment discharging cross-defendants Kenneth M. Blecher and his wife from further liability (indemnification) to Lopez upon the grounds of a good faith settlement made with John Joseph, plaintiff in the underlying negligence suit.
