At the March term of the Bock Circuit Court, the plaintiff in error was indicted for rape. The trial commenced on the 29th day of March and continued until about 3 o’clock P. M., of March 30th, at which time the jury retired to consider of their verdict. At 6 o’clock and 30 minutes, P.
