MEMORANDUM
LANCASTER, District Judge.
This is a declaratory judgment action seeking a determination of movant’s rights under various policies of insurance held by respondents. Respondent Skinner is a debtor in the above referenced bankruptcy action pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Respondent Fairchild was at one time related to Skinner and allegedly shared insurance policies with it. Movant Travelers is one of Skinner’s insurers.
