OPINION
LONGOBARDI, Chief Judge.
This is a motion by the Defendants Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (“O & R”), Foster Wheeler Constructors, Inc. (“FW”) and Allen-Sherman Hoff Company (“ASH”) for an order pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(d) withdrawing the reference to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Bankruptcy Court”) of consolidated adversary proceedings against them filed by the Plaintiff Hatzel & Buehler, Inc. (“H & B”).
