Before us is the adequacy of the responses of three subdivisions of the United States Department of Justice — the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts (“Boston USA’s Office”), FBI Headquarters, and the FBI’s Boston Field Office — to appellant Michele Steinberg’s request for documents under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”).
